⭕️ Group session, every Friday, 11-12pm, this is a safe private session for CSI participants.

🔺BA Fitness is situated at the Trimpell Social club off the cycle path with parking on site.

❌ If you suffer from poor mental health, anxiety, depression, you’re feeling isolated, misusing alcohol, substances? Or on little or no income you may just need a safe place or a helping hand ❤️

LETS GET TO KNOW BA FITNESS 👏🏼💪🏽

BA Fitness was created because I had no motivation and hated going to the gym on my own..

I didn’t want to plan my sessions and I needed someone at the gym to look over me and make sure I finished it. 🤐

I didn’t want to do a class with a fancy name to it. I wanted to lift weights and do abit of cardio on the side but I couldn’t afford a Personal Trainer 🤔

So what did I do??

Created a gym where you have a Personal Trainer running your sessions ✅

Created an atmosphere where everyone works out together and pushes one another to improve ✅

Strength & Conditioning sessions planned and prepped ✅

Made it cheap enough so most of the population can afford it ✅

Actually get people the results their hard work deserves ✅

Give all clients Nutrition Guidelines & advice to get the results they want from BA Fitness ✅

Not many people realise why we are different and why we are so popular. We don’t do classes, we don’t do spin and we definitely don’t sell you fad diets for financial gain. Just cold hard facts on strength training and nutrition to get sustainable results 👌🏽 did I mention we change the workout everyday? 🤗

I have been receiving a lot of messages due to the closure of VVV.

DON’T WORRY, WE ARE NOT FULL.....

But we only have sessions available from 7am until 5pm 👍🏼

So if you’re a late morning or day time gym goer then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

You have a PT at every session and are coached in groups of no more than 8.

We specialise in transformational results and give you the nutritional advice to get the best & most sustainable results possible 💪🏽

We have our fair few 5 ⭐️ reviews but nothing compares to clients sticking with you through thick and thin. Lesley has been with us since the very beginning and has become super strong 💪🏽

She’s seen the best and worst of me (hungover to death) but she’s a fantastic person to have about the place, chatty, funny and extremely hardworking.

🚨 NEW TRAINER ALERT 🚨

Welcome to the team Ian Muirhead 👏🏼

Ian has been with us for sometime now as a client and has recently passed his level 2 gym instructor course 💪🏽

Ian as a client gives 100% and is always willing to learn and try new things. Let’s hope that as a coach he can inspire many clients to do the same.

Ian will be running his first session tomorrow morning at 8-11am 👏🏼
